A large garden is at the heart of Palais Amani. Four vast flowerbeds planted with mature citrus trees, aromatic plants and local flowers are laid out in pure Arab Andalusian style.
The birds, permanent residents of the garden, splash and drink in the fountain. Their carefree nature is catching as you will see when you unwind in our tranquil haven.
Our roof top terraces are a profusion of colour in the warm months, allowing you to enjoy medina views, sunshine and relaxation. They are the perfect spot for yoga to start your day, coffee or tea, or a midday snack, and a drink or meal at sunset.
Gastronomic Restaurant
A voyage to Morocco would not be complete without some serious exploration of its cuisine. And there is no better place to do that than at Eden, our Gastronomic restaurant at Palais Amani. Our library salon bar with huge open fireplace in winter and the rooftop bar in the summer are the best spots in the city for a drink and something to eat. Drop in and try some of the variety of local wines, a special Amani cocktail concocted by our barmen, or if you are a whisky connoisseur, then take a look at our fine selection of single malts. Rapidly gaining in notoriety, the Fez Cooking School at Palais Amani is the natural choice to learn about the secrets of Moroccan culture and Moroccan cuisine. Plunge in to the souks with our chef and translator and shop like a local, before coming back to the quiet of the Palais Amani to try out traditional recipes in our beautiful cooking school.
