In this yoga retreat led by Büge, we'll discover a curious and nurturing approach about the chakra system. As we will study the chakras combined with meditation, pranayama (breathing work) and vinyasa yoga, we'll cultivate mindfulness on each one and learn to unite them harmoniously in daily life. This will be a safe space to look within, improve self-communication with our mental, physical and emotional selves. During the classes, variations will be offered for different levels. At least 10 yoga sessions are recommended to benefit fully from the retreat.
