Tajine and side dishes:
A four hour demo that takes you out in to the medina shopping, back to the palace for a live demonstraiton of the food being prepared and is rounded off by a relaxing lunch to taste what has just been cooked. The maximum number of participants is six to allow you a very personal experience in the art of moroccan cuisine. You leave the workshop with a palais amani apron, a mini basket of spices, detailed recipe sheets and your mind full of new ideas to try out on your friends back home.
Bread and pastries:
A hands on opportunity to learn how to make some of the huge variety of moroccan breads and pastries that are world famous. Two and a half hours and the maximum number of participants is 8.
